We define ourselves as responsible breeders. What this means is that we do not just sell our dogs to anyone. We believe that they are as equally important as a human member of the family is. We reserve the right to make the final decision in regards to the placement of our dogs. Please fill out this simple questionnaire.

to the right home. We are dedicated to the long and happy life of all of the
little ones we bring into this world.

5. Have you ever taken an animal to the human society or the pound? Why?
6. Are you willing to spend potentially 100’s to 1000’s of dollars
on your Crested’s health needs during its lifetime?
7. How many hours a day will your crested be home alone?
8. Are you more interested in having your Crested as a friend or for breeding?
9. Do you have children in the home? If so how old.
10. Owning a Chinese crested is much different than owning any other dog.
They require constant love and attention. Please describe to me how you plan
on balancing work, home and caring for your Chinese crested.
Potential show contract
Nicole Stevinson hereinafter referred to as seller, in keeping with the betterment of the purebred dog and all rules and regulations set forth by the American Kennel Club, hereby make the following understanding and agreement as a binding contract of sale with ________________ hereafter referred to as the buyer.
The seller hereby agrees to sell the buyer the following described dog.

6. If buyer can’t keep the dog for any reason, seller has first option
to take the dog back. If seller does not take the dog back then buyer may
sell or give the dog away to a home “approved” by the seller.
7. Buyer agrees to keep up on all Veterinary care including vaccinations and
wormings.
8. Buyer agrees not to breed the dog with anything other than an AKC registered
Chinese Crested that has also been approved by the seller.
9. Buyer agrees to notify seller of any residential moves or phone number
changes.
10. This dog is sold with the following guarantees.
a . Have a scissor bite or level bite if hairless, and have full dentition
if the dog is a powder puff.
b . We guarantee up to 6 months of age any serious health problems such as
liver, heart etc…
c . If the puppy within the 6 month period of time has a serious health problem
and the buyer decides to return puppy to seller then buyer has choice of pick
of litter at the next breeding. There will be no returning of money. Only
a new puppy.
11. No puppies are to be sold thru dog brokers, pet shops, or puppy mills.
If seller finds that buyer has sold puppies to the above mentioned in this
contract then the buyer has to release the said female back to seller.

a . We guarantee up to 6 months of age any serious health problems such as
liver, heart etc…
b . If the puppy within the 6 month period of time has a serious health problem
and the buyer decides to return puppy to seller then buyer has choice of pick
of “pet quality” according to seller at the next breeding. There
will be no returning of money. Only a new puppy.

72 hour guarantee
We the buyers agree to take the above mentioned puppy to our
own Veterinarian for a basic checkup within 72 hours of receipt of puppy.
If for any reason the puppy has a serious health problem such as parvo, distemper,
or any other virus it has been vaccinated for then the buyer may bring back
the puppy for a full refund. The puppy is not to be exposed to any other animals
within these 72 hours. If the puppy checks out with a good health checkup
or if the puppy has not been taken in for a health check within the 72 hour
period then the seller will not be held responsible for any viral illness
incurred during the 6 month guarantee period.
